Windows 10 உபயோகபடுத்துபவர்கள் சிலருக்கு, wifi அல்லது ethernet தொடர்புகள் அடிக்கடி நின்று போகிறது. windows 10 upgrade செய்த என் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் பலர் இந்தப் பிரட்சினைகளை சந்தித்து, வெறுத்துப் போய் மீண்டும் windows 8 அல்லது windows 7க்கே திரும்பி விட்டனர். இது எதனால் ஏற்படுகிறது என்று சிறு ஆராய்ச்சி செய்த பின் கண்டுபிடித்தது.</div>

But now I decided to stop selling canon products here after. When I joined the canon they said all the products covers on-site warranty. I confirmed that with canon people more than 10 times. They said that canon's biggest strength is its on-site service warranty. I sold lot of mono-lasers, all-in-ones and all-in-one fax printers from canon. All the things gone well, till canon suddenly changed all its personnel. The new area managers, service engineers and service managers never came to meet the dealers, resellers in upcountry. With these new faces of canon the total canon company's face has changed ugly.<br /></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">I sold one canon lbp 2900b laser printer to one of my customer. The bill date is 02 July 2010. On September 23<sup>rd</sup>, the customer called me for service. When I checked the printer, I found the heater (fuser) unit is not working. So, I called the canon call centre 1800-3333-66. They dropped a bomb. The customer care person said very coolly that there is no on-site warranty service available for my town. I had to take the printer to the Chennai service centre. When I argued with him he beg sorry for the inconvenience and cut the phone. Several times before that I called canon call centre and booked for service. They gave on-site service to the customers. Suddenly, they changed the policy. Whatever it is, if they changed their policy, they must instruct it to the dealers and customers.<br /></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">The customer got angry and argued that I promised to provide on-site warranty to the printer. I called the area distributor Sri Balaji Computers, Vellore (Ph. 09843122597) and asked for a solution. He asked me to send the printer to him and said that there is a canon service centre's branch is exists in Vellore. I sent the printer to him on 23<sup>rd</sup> September itself. We didn't receive back the printer till 16<sup>th</sup> October. I called Sri Balaji computers and he gave me the address of the Vellore service centre. I called the office and they said that it would be ready the same day. I took my car and went to the Vellore service centre (Square Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd) and got back the printer. I spent 1000 Indian rupees for that. The printer worked for 2 days and found the Teflon roll problem. The customer is not ready to send the printer to the service centre and wait for another one month. So, I decided to give him a new Epson Laser printer and got back the canon printer. I lost nearly 6000 Indian rupees (plus 1000 for transport) in this business.<br /></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="color:red;">Update as on 09<sup>th</sup> November 5.00 pm. The distributor of Canon, Sri Balaji Computers, Vellore gave a new Canon LBP 2900b Printer to the customer as a compensation. <span style="font-size:14;">We proved that we stand on our words, What about you Canon?</span><br /></span></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="font-size:18;">CASE 2<br /></span></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">I bought Canon All-in-one laser MF4350D from Sri Balaji Computers, Vellore and sold to Regenboog India Foundation, an NGO in Tiruvannamalai on 28<sup>th</sup> January 2010. After installation, I found that ADF is not working. Alike the first case, the call centre people asked the customer to take the printer to the Chennai service centre of the Canon. He is shocked. Before sales they said that the printer covers on-site warranty. But after sold the printer they said on-site warranty available only to the selected cities. As the call centre people instructed, if the customer take the printer to the service centre, he should spent atleast 3000 Indian rupees for transport to give the printer to the service centre and another 3000 Indian rupees for transport to get back the printer from service centre. If any customer would ready to spent Rs. 6000 to service a printer which worth is Rs. 17000 only. After several calls to the call centre they sent a service person to the customer place. He examined the printer and said one part is missing in the ADF unit and he would come back with it next week. But he didn't return to the customer place for past 10 months.<br /></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="font-size:18;">CONCLUSION<br /></span></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">I leave the decision to buy any Canon products to you. But I decided to send back all the Canon printers, I have in stock to the distributor and stop payment to the distributor for the printers I gave to the customer as compensation. I want to know only one thing from these cases. They doesnt allow parallel downloading resume feature. Im in remote area that I cannot connect to internet contiguosly. So, each and every time it downloading 70 to 80 percentage of file and disconnect. When reconnecting next time we had to start from the 0%. And finally one day I downloaded it successfully. To all the customers who are facing this same problem, I want to give a solution. I put it in the megaupload server, so that you can download it fastly with resume feature. This file doesnt contain any crack or modified. Ltd., Chennai, billed on 3rd December and received by us on 5th December night. The customer, who ordered that monitor, was not in the town for next 4 days. On 10th December late evening, the customer came to the shop to purchase the monitor. Before bill it, he wanted to check the monitor. So, we opened the box and fix it with a computer. We found a very visible dot on the bottom right corner of the monitor. The customer refused to buy it, because it is a company’s manufacturing fault.<br /><br />I contacted Pelikan Office Automation Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, who supplied it to us, for replacement on 11th Dec. They advised me to contact Acer India, Chennai office on 12th Dec. They gave me one mobile number of Acer, Chennai office employee (Mr.Ravi 9940094844). When contacted that number, he gave me another number, which he said a service division person’s mobile number (9840721666). That number was in switched off mode from 12th Dec 5PM to 15th December (sat & Sun) (?).<br /><br />On 15th Dec., they gave me another land line number ((Mr. Magesh 04424719885) to contact. He asked me to register a complaint in customer care centre. I argued with him that if I register a complaint, that product would be registered to my name and then I could not sale it to the end user. But they insist me to register a complaint in customer care. From the Acer website I found the phone number of Redington India, Puducherry, which is the service provider of Acer India and contacted them. They too insist me to register a complaint in customer care. And they warned me if I sent the monitor for service without registration, they would resend to me without service it.<br /><br />The problem gone more deepened. I tried to contact customer care phone number. My exchange asked me to check the number. I called Acer India and ask for any other phone numbers other than 1800 to register a complaint. They said no. Usually all the companies have a second number, which is not a toll free, billable phone number to register a complaint. But Acer seems doesn’t have that facility. Then I called Acer India, Chennai office and explain the problem that their toll free number cannot be called from my home town and requested them that I would send the monitor to their Chennai office, let they file a complaint and got service the monitor or replace the monitor and resend to me. But Mr.Magesh kumar of Acer India, Chennai office asked me to send the details of the monitor and he said he will file a complaint and give me the complaint number. I send the details of the monitor through e-mail on 16th Dec 12.26PM.<br /><br />Mr.Magesh Kumar sent that details to Acer Delhi by email (<a href="mailto:acer.delhi@teamcomputers.com">acer.delhi@teamcomputers.com</a>) on 17th Dec 4.48 PM. On Dec. 18th 10.56 AM, Acer customer care, Delhi sent an email to me said that the serial number is wrong. I found one character is missed in the serial number and I resend the e-mail with all the columns filled to Acer Delhi customer care on 19 Dec 7.11AM. But I received no response from their side. I resend the email two more times and all are gone in vain.<br />With fed up with their service, I decided to stop the payment to my supplier for that bill and decided not to do any business with the Acer brand in future.<br /><br />I was in the IT business for last 16 years. I never saw such a dilemma with any IT company, I dealt with. No one is ready to take response of one complaint. All are try to move the problem to any others head and escape from it. No one is ready to come forward and solve it. I’m not an end-user. I’m a reseller and doing business with multi-brand companies. If they are not ready to solve the problem of one of his company’s reseller, how would they treat the end-user, actual customer of their company?<br /><br />I have no way to solve this problem other than pray to God.<br /><br />Oh! God please help those who bought Acer products and forgive these Acer’s brainless, heartless employees!!!!<br /><br />This bitter experience induced me to frame a correct definition of Customer, Sales, Service and After Sales Customer Service. According to wikipedia (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sales">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sales</a>) sales is defined as "A sale is the pinnacle activity involved in selling products or services in return for money or other compensation. It is an act of completion of a commercial activity". OK. Now I have two problems with this definition. If no cash is involved in the transaction, I mean it is a credit purchase, I can't be treated as sales. </div><br /><div align="justify">The Investorwords.com (<a href="http://www.investorwords.com/4365/sales.html">http://www.investorwords.com/4365/sales.html</a>), defines sales as "Total dollar amount collected forgoods and services provided. While payment is not necessary for recognition of sales on company financial statements, there are strict accounting guidelines stating when sales can be recognized. The basic principle is that a sale can only be recognized when the transaction is already realized, or can be quite easily realized. This means that the company should have already received a payment, or the chances of receiving a payment is high. In addition, delivery of the good or service should have taken place for the sale to be recognized". </div><br /><div align="justify">This means the invoice pending must be closed to recognise a invoice as a sales or the purchaser must have a post dated cheque or any other guarantee for the payment against that invoice. If the payment is due or the customer cheated the supplier, whether the sales should not be consider as a sales? Consider one event for the danger of this definition. Shop A bought 10 motherboards from Delaer B and sold all the motherboards to 10 different end users. After that Shop A was closed down and wind up with due to Dealer B. So the slaes invoice of Delaer B was not closed. If that invoice is not considered as a sales what about the end user who bought from Shop A?</div><br /><div align="justify">But most of the dictionaries define sales as "The exchange of goods or services for an amount of money or its equivalent; the act of selling". </div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify">I'm facing a big problem against the word sales now. I bought a Acer 22" TFT monitor on 3rd December 2008 against a purchase order from a customer. Before purchase the product, that customer wanted to test it. When we opened the pack and tested, we found a small easily viewable dot in the screen. The customer refused to buy it, saying it is a manufacture fault. They said they don't know anything, just they want it must be registered through a customer care cell only. I argued with them that I'm not a customer (end user) of this product. Whatever you say they repeated only one line to all my questions. "THIS IS THE POLICY OF ACER". So, I wish to create a common definition for Sales, Service, Customer, Service after Sales in India that must be accepted by all the companies in India, whether it is Acer or HP or Epson. How the Governement or Channels allow each and every company have their own definition and policy for sales and service.? </div><br /><div align="justify">A sale must be defined as "A sale is the pinnacle activity involved inselling products or services in return for money or other compensation including credit.
